How does your pricing model work?

Each of our plans comes with a monthly subscription fee, which gives you access to the platform and all features, depending on your plan, you are charged a monthly fee for managing each customer in our platform.

Why do you charge this way?

The monthly subscription fee pays for access to our services and allows us to maintain and enhance all the amazing features we offer. The “per customer” fee pays for the usage of the platform, which is directly impacted by the number of your customers on our platform

How will you charge me?

We can bill monthly, quarterly or annually for the subscription fee, your “per customer” fee is charged monthly in arrears.

Why is the platform fee the same for each plan?

We don’t believe in locking features behind a pay-wall – all of our customers get access to all the amazing features. We’ve set our pricing so that it’s transparent and as fair as possible.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, our minimum contract length is 12 months but you can pay monthly, quarterly or annually based on your preference. We offer a discount for annual payments.
